Stephen Short, NLCA Third Vice-Chair, is pleased to invite you to join us online for our Virtual Labrador General Membership Meeting!

Minister Responsible for Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation and
Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs 


Guest speaker, Greg Clarke, Assistant Deputy Minister (Infrastructure) in the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure will discuss a pre-feasibility for the construction of a road connecting the existing Trans-Labrador Highway to communities in northern Labrador.

A Request for Proposals for the study was issued in November. The Provincial and Federal Governments have allotted a combined $400,000 for the study

Guest speaker:
Andrew Roberts, Regional Director of Physical Infrastructure Support with Labrador-Grenfell Health, will give overview on upcoming procurement opportunities and the tendering process.
