The Women in Construction Forum will provide a platform for educational and professional development, along with an opportunity to network with like-minded women in the construction industry. 

This event will empower women to continue to grow and achieve success in the industry with a "We're Better Together" motto supporting women as we rise by lifting others.

12:00 - 1:30 p.m.          Business Luncheon (Generously Sponsored by: RCS Construction)
An empowering discussion with inspiring women detailing their journey and how they are making a difference in their various sectors. This event will begin with a plated lunch, followed by Greetings from Honourable Pam Parsons, Minister Responsible for Women and Gender Equality and Greetings from Joanne Thompson, Member of Parliament for St. John’s East and Chair of the Newfoundland and Labrador Caucus; leading into our luncheon panel session featuring Gina Peacore, CEO, Genoa Design International; Stephanie Hickman, Partner, Cox & Palmer; Gina Tapper, President, Hampton Building Systems Inc.; and Gertrude Bradbury, President, Locke's Electrical Ltd.

2:00 - 4:30 p.m.            Workshop: Unlock Your Potential
Join speaker Tonya Whittle for an insightful workshop to help women define goals for the progression of the construction industry, uncover blocks to what they desire, tap into their true potential and rewire their nervous system.
