Construction 102 in Canada supplements the essential two-day Construction 101 in Canada course. Designed for those working in a construction office\, consulting office\, project owner/developer office\, on-site field office or providing support services in both the construction and design sectors who may be new or recently introduced to industrial\, commercial\, institutional and civil construction (ICI+C) in Canada. Building on Construction 101 in Canada\, Construction 102 introduces the attendee to a deeper understanding of two critical and fundamental themes and industry best practices. Advanced Procurement\; Advanced contract administration\, and standardized contract terms and conditions A third theme is presented to attendees to discuss and contemplate current trends\, future trends and tools available and deployed today in the Canadian construction industry\; specifically\, the industrial\, commercial\, and institutional sectors.
